At Darc Wolves, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 7-day return or exchange policy.

Return/Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. All original tags and packaging must remain intact, and the item must be free from stains, odors, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return, though exchange may apply. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

Return Process
Contact us with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned product and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size adjustments or defective products, subject to availability. If your desired size is unavailable, store credit will be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report damaged or incorrect items within 24–48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence.
